Le premier \u00e0 inscrire son nom au palmar\u00e8s fut le Britannique Les Graham, sacr\u00e9 cette m\u00eame ann\u00e9e au guidon d\u2019une AJS.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u00c0 titre de comparaison, la Formule 1, lanc\u00e9e en 1950, compte \u00e0 ce jour 34 champions du monde distincts.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Une figure demeure unique dans les annales : John Surtees. Le pilote britannique est en effet le seul \u00e0 avoir conquis les deux disciplines, cumulant quatre titres MotoGP (1956, 1958, 1959, 1960) avant de d\u00e9crocher la couronne mondiale en Formule 1
