C\u2019est la question que s\u2019est pos\u00e9e la Communaut\u00e9 Ecotable, qui organise le 11 octobre l\u2019\u00e9dition strasbourgeoise de son \u00e9v\u00e9nement \u00ab Chaud devant ! \u00bb au Phare Citadelle. Pour les pros comme les curieux\/ses, rendez-vous de 10h30 \u00e0 17h pour profiter d\u2019animations, d\u2019une table ronde, et m\u00eame d\u2019un d\u00e9jeuner slow-futuriste. On vous explique le concept. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0On pourrait faire cuire un \u0153uf sur le sol\u00a0\u00bb : c\u2019est l\u2019une des phrases qui sort le plus en temps de canicule. Fort heureusement, <strong>des pros strasbourgeois(es) ont cherch\u00e9 des alternatives culinaires plus app\u00e9tissantes, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e8re du r\u00e9chauffement climatique : <\/strong>comment se nourrir dans ces conditions extr\u00eames ?
