Alors que le mardi 30\u00a0septembre, il lan\u00e7ait officiellement Bouillant, son bistrot m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en install\u00e9 au 3e \u00e9tage du Mucem, il vient, comme l\u2019an dernier, de se voir confirmer par le classement 2025 du <a href=\"https:\/\/thebestchefawards.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Best Chef Awards<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie a eu lieu le jeudi 2\u00a0octobre \u00e0 Milan. Traditionnellement, le classement du Best Chef est tr\u00e8s attendu, notamment de la client\u00e8le anglo-saxonne.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9dition 2025 a consacr\u00e9 le chef danois Rasmus Munk, du restaurant <a href=\"https:\/\/alchemist.dk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Alchemist<\/a> \u00e0 Copenhague. La 2e place est occup\u00e9e par la cheffe slov\u00e8ne Ana Ro\u0161 du restaurant <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hisafranko.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hi\u0161a Franko<\/a> \u00e0 Kobarid.
