Le BRS dissocie le foncier du b\u00e2ti, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire en enlevant le co\u00fbt du terrain \u00e0 l\u2019achat, <strong>permettant d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir un logement en dessous des prix du march\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">Pour compl\u00e9ter l\u2019offre de logements sur le territoire m\u00e9tropolitain et pour atteindre les objectifs fix\u00e9s par le Programme Local de l\u2019Habitat (PLH) (6\u2009000 logements\/an dont 250 logements accessibles et 2\u2009550 \u00e0 2\u2009700 logements libres), <strong>Nantes M\u00e9tropole lance le dispositif BRS +<\/strong>. Un programme vot\u00e9 en conseil m\u00e9tropolitain ce vendredi 3\u00a0octobre 2025.<\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">\n<p>Exp\u00e9rience de deux ans<\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">Le BRS +\u00a0sera lanc\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re exp\u00e9rimentale pendant deux ans, <strong>\u00e0 partir de janvier\u00a02026<\/strong>.
