La belle esplanade du Fort Saint-Jean y a ainsi <a href=\"https:\/\/www.laprovence.com\/article\/region\/193423830585114\/marseille-au-sein-du-mucem-le-restaurant-du-cafe-du-fort-reprend-vie\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">retrouv\u00e9 un caf\u00e9<\/a> et le Mucem lui-m\u00eame une proposition en trois parties mise en musique par le chef triplement \u00e9toil\u00e9 Alexandre Mazzia et l&rsquo;un des g\u00e9ants de la restauration collective, la Sodexo, via sa branche culture et \u00e9v\u00e9nementiels, Sodexo Live\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>Sodexo Live\u00a0! enfin dans son jardin<\/p>\n<p>Avant l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9, le kiosque \u00e0 grignotage du hall du mus\u00e9e et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.laprovence.com\/article\/region\/51611552798331\/mazzia-lance-son-offre-street-food-au-mucem-delices-sales-et-sucres-prix-abordables-tout-ce-quil-faut-savoir\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">le comptoir \u00e0 street food Michel<\/a>, sur la terrasse du 3e \u00e9tage, avaient ouvert le bal. Manquait le fer de lance, le bouillon m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en imagin\u00e9 par Alexandre Mazzia, baptis\u00e9 Bouillant et install\u00e9 en lieu et place de l&rsquo;ancien restaurant du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.laprovence.com\/article\/region\/40497189105201\/marseille-le-chef-gerald-passedat-lache-le-mole-son-restaurant-du-mucem\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">M\u00f4le Passedat<\/a>.
