Ce projet ambitieux entre Airbus, Thales et l\u2019italien Leonardo consiste \u00e0 rapprocher les actifs spatiaux des trois g\u00e9ants europ\u00e9ens dans le domaine des satellites pour en faire un acteur \u00e0 la taille critique au niveau mondial. La semaine derni\u00e8re, l\u2019op\u00e9ration a d\u2019abord subi une forte acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration, puis finalement un coup de frein. Selon des sources concordantes, les trois conseils d\u2019administration des trois groupes se sont r\u00e9unis en fin de semaine avec la volont\u00e9 d\u2019ent\u00e9riner ce projet et dans la foul\u00e9e signer \u00e0 trois un protocole d\u2019accord (Memorandum of Understanding- MoU) pour s\u2019engager \u00e0 aller jusqu\u2019au bout. Las\u2026 Les conseils de Leonardo et Thales ont demand\u00e9 un peu plus de temps pour s\u2019engager formellement dans cette op\u00e9ration alors que les discussions ne sont jusqu\u2019ici pas engageantes.
