Voici ce qu\u2019il en ressort.<\/p>\n<p>Le grand \u00e9cart des prix \u00e0 Nice<\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">Selon les chiffres communiqu\u00e9s par SeLoger, le prix moyen pour un appartement atteint \u00e0 Nice 5\u2009139\u00a0euros du m\u00b2 \u00e0 Nice, 5\u2009547\u00a0euros pour une maison.
