La M\u00e9tropole de Grenoble a act\u00e9, lors du dernier conseil m\u00e9tropolitain, la relance de son dispositif d\u2019aides \u00e0 l\u2019achat de v\u00e9lo (AAV). Le soutien financier de la collectivit\u00e9, propos\u00e9e avec le Syndicat mixte des mobilit\u00e9s de l\u2019aire grenobloise depuis fin 2023, avait d\u00fb \u00eatre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ledauphine.com\/environnement\/2025\/05\/21\/metropole-de-grenoble-aides-a-l-achat-de-velos-pourquoi-le-dispositif-est-suspendu-pour-l-instant\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">suspendu en mai dernier<\/a> faute de cr\u00e9dits disponibles.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 de l\u2019enveloppe allou\u00e9e \u00e0 ces financements destin\u00e9s \u00e0 accompagner le changement de mobilit\u00e9s notamment dans le cadre de la Zone \u00e0 faibles \u00e9missions et \u00e0 encourager la pratique du v\u00e9lo qui ne cesse d\u2019augmenter dans l\u2019agglom\u00e9ration grenobloise, avait en effet \u00e9t\u00e9 consomm\u00e9e plus rapidement que pr\u00e9vue.<\/p>\n<p>  Plus de 5\u00a0000 aides d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9livr\u00e9es<\/p>\n<p>La M\u00e9tropole a donc d\u00fb trouver une solution pour rallonger l\u2019enveloppe. Si elle a annonc\u00e9 suspendre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ledauphine.com\/politique\/2025\/09\/26\/isere-metropole-de-grenoble-zfe-la-metropole-suspend-son-aide-au-renouvellement-des-vehicules\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ses aides au renouvellement des v\u00e9hicules<\/a> propos\u00e9es dans le cadre de la Zone \u00e0 faibles \u00e9missions dont l\u2019avenir reste encore incertain, la collectivit\u00e9 va pr\u00e9voir 900\u00a0000\u00a0\u20ac afin de reprendre le dispositif et de le prolonger jusqu\u2019au 31\u00a0d\u00e9cembre 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Destin\u00e9e aux v\u00e9los du quotidien, neufs ou d\u2019occasion, classiques ou \u00e0 assistance \u00e9lectrique, l\u2019aide est conditionn\u00e9e aux revenus des foyers. Elle permet aux b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires de ne pas avancer les frais gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un partenariat avec les v\u00e9locistes. Le montant propos\u00e9 reste inchang\u00e9\u00a0: de 50 \u00e0 500\u00a0\u20ac suivant le type de v\u00e9lo et les revenus du demandeur. L\u2019aide est propos\u00e9e<\/p>\n<p>Pour \u00e9viter les fraudes, une campagne de contr\u00f4le du bon respect du r\u00e8glement des aides par les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires (notamment du respect de l\u2019obligation de conserver le v\u00e9lo aid\u00e9 pendant au moins trois ans) est en cours aupr\u00e8s d\u2019un \u00e9chantillon d\u2019usagers. \u00ab\u00a0Si cette campagne mettait en \u00e9vidence des cas de fraude, alors le remboursement de l\u2019aide serait demand\u00e9 aux contrevenants identifi\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb, pr\u00e9vient la collectivit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis le lancement de l\u2019op\u00e9ration, 5\u00a0451 v\u00e9los &#8211; tr\u00e8s majoritairement neufs (96\u00a0%) et \u00e0 assistance \u00e9lectrique (93\u00a0%)- ont \u00e9t\u00e9 achet\u00e9s, pour un montant total de 4,3\u00a0millions d\u2019euros d\u00e9pens\u00e9s (dont 2,9\u00a0millions du Smmag et 1,4\u00a0million de la M\u00e9tropole) et 84\u00a0% des b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires d\u00e9clarent avoir modifi\u00e9 leurs pratiques de d\u00e9placement apr\u00e8s l\u2019achat de leur v\u00e9lo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Il sera de nouveau possible de d\u00e9poser un dossier \u00e0 partir du 31\u00a0octobre prochain.
