C\u2019est le concept du <a href=\"https:\/\/actu.fr\/tag\/restaurant\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">restaurant<\/a> que <a href=\"https:\/\/actu.fr\/ile-de-france\/paris_75056\/les-fruits-moches-c-est-la-vie-a-paris-plongee-dans-la-cuisine-antigaspi-du-top-chef-jean-covillault_62011514.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Jean Covillault<\/a>, ancien candidat de <a href=\"https:\/\/actu.fr\/tag\/top-chef\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Top Chef<\/a>, ouvre le 22 octobre dans le 2e arrondissement de Paris. \u00ab\u00a0Trop Plein\u00a0\u00bb, c\u2019est son nom, est port\u00e9 par le chef avec son complice Paul Saulnier. Le concept ? \u00ab\u00a0Comme un dimanche midi\u00a0\u00bb, explique Jean Covillault dans une vid\u00e9o de pr\u00e9sentation. Avec un menu unique \u00e0 34 euros.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">Les convives se verront proposer des petits fours \u00ab\u00a0pour se mettre en jambes\u00a0\u00bb, trois entr\u00e9es, deux viandes, trois garnitures, un plateau de fromage et un dessert. Une formule test\u00e9e qui se rapproche de celle de <a href=\"https:\/\/actu.fr\/ile-de-france\/paris_75056\/paris-jean-covillault-fait-le-plein-dans-son-restaurant-ephemere-avant-d-ouvrir-son-lieu-a-lui_62874470.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">l\u2019ap\u00e9ro des Jean Jean<\/a>, la r\u00e9sidence estivale au coeur de la plaine Monceau.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">Les festivit\u00e9s auront lieu du mercredi au samedi, uniquement les soirs \u00e0 partir de 19h30. Le repas d\u00e9marrera \u00e0 la m\u00eame heure pour tout le monde : 20h30.
