Sur 8 000 m\u00b2 d\u2019infrastructures modernis\u00e9es, ce campus comprendra 4 000 m\u00b2 de plateaux techniques, six laboratoires de cuisine et de p\u00e2tisserie, deux restaurants, un h\u00f4tel d\u2019application, une salle de mixologie, une salle de sommellerie et un amphith\u00e9\u00e2tre de 80 places.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"771\" data-end=\"1140\">Ce projet, fruit d\u2019un partenariat strat\u00e9gique entre FERRANDI Paris et le CEFPPA Adrien Zeller, a \u00e9t\u00e9 officialis\u00e9 ce jour par <strong>Fran\u00e7ois Golla<\/strong>, pr\u00e9sident du CEFPPA, <strong>S\u00e9bastien Malgras,<\/strong> directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du CEFPPA, <strong>Jean-Paul Rigal<\/strong>, pr\u00e9sident du conseil d\u2019administration de FERRANDI Paris, et <strong>Thomas Allanic<\/strong>, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de FERRANDI Paris.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"771\" data-end=\"1140\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-mailpoet_newsletter_max wp-image-87614\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Photo-1-FERRANDI-Paris-ouvre-un-campus-a-Strasbourg.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1170\" height=\"780\"  \/><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1142\" data-end=\"1488\">D\u00e8s septembre 2026, les \u00e9tudiants pourront y suivre les deux formations sup\u00e9rieures phares de FERRANDI Paris : le Bachelor Arts culinaires et entrepreneuriat et le Bachelor Management h\u00f4telier et restauration, deux dipl\u00f4mes de niveau Bac +3 vis\u00e9s par la Commission d\u2019\u00e9valuation des formations et dipl\u00f4mes de gestion (CEFDG).<\/p>\n<p>Un ancrage fort dans un territoire de gastronomie et d\u2019excellence<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1568\" data-end=\"1861\">Capitale europ\u00e9enne et cit\u00e9 \u00e9tudiante de premier plan, Strasbourg compte plus de 50 000 \u00e9tudiants et attire chaque ann\u00e9e plus de 4 millions de visiteurs. Elle s\u2019impose comme un carrefour international o\u00f9 la gastronomie et la formation trouvent un terrain d\u2019expression privil\u00e9gi\u00e9.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"1863\" data-end=\"2217\">Pour S\u00e9bastien Malgras, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du CEFPPA Adrien Zeller, \u00ab s\u2019associer avec FERRANDI Paris repr\u00e9sente le choix de l\u2019excellence. Ce partenariat permettra d\u2019offrir aux \u00e9tudiants alsaciens des formations reconnues au niveau national et international, tout en renfor\u00e7ant le rayonnement de la r\u00e9gion dans la fili\u00e8re h\u00f4tellerie-restauration. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2219\" data-end=\"2601\">Thomas Allanic, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de FERRANDI Paris, souligne quant \u00e0 lui \u00ab l\u2019ambition commune de former les futurs talents des m\u00e9tiers de l\u2019hospitalit\u00e9 et de la gastronomie dans un environnement d\u2019exception.
