publi\u00e9e en septembre\u00a02025, le <strong>pouvoir d\u2019achat immobilier<\/strong> progresse dans toutes les grandes villes\u2026 sauf \u00e0 <strong>Paris<\/strong> et \u00e0 <strong>Strasbourg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Une perte de pouvoir d\u2019achat immobilier \u00e0 Strasbourg\u2026<\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">Avec un <strong>cr\u00e9dit type de 1\u2009000\u00a0\u20ac par mois sur 20\u00a0ans<\/strong>, la <strong>surface achetable<\/strong> atteint <strong>60\u00a0m2<\/strong> en moyenne dans les grandes villes, soit une hausse de <strong>+\u00a03\u00a0m2<\/strong> en un an.<\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">Mais \u00e0 Strasbourg, la surface finan\u00e7able <strong>baisse d\u2019environ 1\u00a0m2<\/strong> sur la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode, pour s\u2019\u00e9tablir \u00e0<strong> 47\u00a0m2<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">La capitale alsacienne est, avec Paris, la seule grande m\u00e9tropole o\u00f9 le pouvoir d\u2019achat immobilier continue de diminuer alors que <a href=\"https:\/\/actu.fr\/auvergne-rhone-alpes\/lyon_69123\/immobilier-a-lyon-ces-secteurs-prises-ou-acheter-une-nouvelle-etude-montre-la-tendance_62883823.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Lyon<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/actu.fr\/hauts-de-france\/lille_59350\/immobilier-a-lille-les-petites-surfaces-continuent-dattirer-massivement-les-acheteurs_62933111.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Lille<\/a> ou <a href=\"https:\/\/actu.fr\/nouvelle-aquitaine\/bordeaux_33063\/les-prix-de-l-immobilier-en-forte-baisse-dans-ces-villes-de-bordeaux-metropole-on-retourne-a-l-avant-covid_62876700.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Bordeaux<\/a> regagnent un peu d\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<p>\u2026 plus importante encore sur 5\u00a0ans<\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">\u00ab\u2009Cette am\u00e9lioration en\u00a02024 et\u00a02025 ne permet cependant pas de compenser<strong> l\u2019importante perte de pouvoir d\u2019achat immobilier des Fran\u00e7ais sur les ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes<\/strong>\u2009: en 5\u00a0ans, les Fran\u00e7ais ont ainsi perdu 12\u00a0m2 en moyenne\u2009\u00bb, souligne Meilleurtaux.<\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">\u00c0 Strasbourg,
