La direction du site Citro\u00ebn (l\u2019une des 14\u00a0marques du groupe) de Rennes-La Janais (Ille-et-Vilaine) a organis\u00e9 ce week-end deux journ\u00e9es portes ouvertes pour les familles des 2\u00a0000 salari\u00e9s. Et un d\u00e9fil\u00e9 dans la ville de plusieurs voitures \u00ab\u00a0iconiques\u00a0\u00bb sorties des cha\u00eenes de La Janais, comme l\u2019Ami 6, premi\u00e8re voiture produite \u00e0 l\u2019inauguration de l\u2019usine en\u00a01961, la BX, qui a fait monter les effectifs \u00e0 12\u00a0000 personnes, et, bien s\u00fbr, le nouveau SUV C5 Aircross, qui occupe les \u00e9quipes actuelles, dont la commercialisation vient de commencer. Du succ\u00e8s de ce mod\u00e8le que Citro\u00ebn promeut comme \u00ab\u00a0made in France\u00a0\u00bb et m\u00eame \u00ab\u00a0made in Breizh\u00a0\u00bb d\u00e9pend l\u2019avenir de l\u2019usine et celui des sous-traitants qui l\u2019alimentent.<\/p>\n<p>   Lire plus tard  <\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph  \">\u00ab\u00a0Lundi 13\u00a0octobre, on d\u00e9marre la deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9quipe\u00a0\u00bb, se f\u00e9licitait vendredi Etienne-Martin Commandeur, le directeur du site qui a connu du ch\u00f4mage partiel en\u00a02024 et fait maintenant travailler les salari\u00e9s le samedi. Le lancement de la production d\u2019un nouveau mod\u00e8le reste toujours \u00ab\u00a0une phase d\u2019hyper pression\u00a0\u00bb, r\u00e9sume-t-il. Le site n\u2019a ferm\u00e9 que deux semaines pour les cong\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9. Sur deux ans, il y a eu une quarantaine d\u2019embauches, dont une douzaine d\u2019ing\u00e9nieurs, et 500 int\u00e9rimaires renforcent les effectifs.
