Apr\u00e8s des mois de travaux,<strong> Nicolas Multon, ancien chef p\u00e2tissier de la Villa Ren\u00e9-Lalique, y a enfin ouvert son Comptoir gastronomique de desserts \u00e0 la fin du mois d&rsquo;ao\u00fbt.<\/strong> Si on devait r\u00e9sumer l\u2019endroit en un mot\u00a0? Raffinement.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"instagram-media\" data-instgrm-permalink=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DNiwwRxIipo\/?utm_source=ig_embed&amp;utm_campaign=loading\" data-instgrm-version=\"14\" style=\"background: #FFF; border: 0; border-radius: 3px; box-shadow: 0 0 1px 0 rgba(0,0,0,0.5),0 1px 10px 0 rgba(0,0,0,0.15); margin: 1px; max-width: 540px; min-width: 326px; padding: 0; width: calc(100% - 2px);\">\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Derri\u00e8re les grandes vitrines, on d\u00e9couvre un lieu \u00e0 la fois \u00e9pur\u00e9 et chaleureux, imagin\u00e9 par AEA Architectes, o\u00f9 tout semble pens\u00e9 pour sublimer les cr\u00e9ations du chef. <strong>Au rez-de-chauss\u00e9e, un comptoir o\u00f9 s\u2019alignent les p\u00e2tisseries comme des bijoux. <\/strong>\u00c0 l\u2019\u00e9tage, un petit salon de 18 places o\u00f9 le temps ralentit et les assiettes d\u00e9filent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Des p\u00e2tisseries aussi belles que bonnes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Multon travaille avec des producteurs locaux, choisis pour leur respect du vivant\u00a0: beurres fermiers, farines paysannes, fruits et l\u00e9gumes de saison, tout y passe. Le r\u00e9sultat\u00a0? Des assiettes o\u00f9 le sal\u00e9 et le sucr\u00e9 s\u2019invitent sans complexe \u00e0 la m\u00eame table.<strong> <\/strong><strong>Et comme ici la gourmandise n\u2019a pas d\u2019horaires, tu peux te r\u00e9galer de 10h \u00e0 19h en semaine et jusqu\u2019\u00e0 18h le samedi, sal\u00e9 ou sucr\u00e9, dans l\u2019ordre que tu veux<\/strong>.
