Les 8\u2009000\u00a0m2 de ce centre de formation historique seront modernis\u00e9s pour accueillir <strong>six laboratoires de cuisine et de p\u00e2tisserie<\/strong>, <strong>deux restaurants<\/strong>, un <strong>h\u00f4tel d\u2019application<\/strong>, un <strong>amphith\u00e9\u00e2tre<\/strong> et des espaces d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 la <strong>sommellerie<\/strong> et \u00e0 la <strong>mixologie<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Les formations sup\u00e9rieures de Ferrandi Paris bient\u00f4t accessibles \u00e0 Strasbourg<\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">\u00ab\u2009Ce projet de modernisation et d\u2019agrandissement du campus accueillera d\u00e8s la rentr\u00e9e de septembre\u00a02026<strong> les formations sup\u00e9rieures de Ferrandi Paris<\/strong>\u2009: le <strong>Bachelor Arts culinaires et entrepreneuriat<\/strong> et le <strong>Bachelor Management h\u00f4telier et restauration<\/strong>, deux formations de <strong>niveau BAC +\u00a03<\/strong> vis\u00e9es par la CEFDG [Commission d\u2019\u00e9valuation des formations et dipl\u00f4mes de gestion]\u2009\u00bb, d\u00e9taille un communiqu\u00e9 de presse.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"jo-module-caroussel__img-container\" href=\"https:\/\/static.actu.fr\/uploads\/2025\/10\/vue-cuisine.jpg\" title=\"Agrandir la photo Vue cuisine.
