Si tout le monde l\u2019associe fi\u00e8rement aux bouchons et aux vitrines gourmandes des p\u00e2tisseries lyonnaises, <strong>aucune trace historique ne vient confirmer son invention dans la capitale des Gaules. <\/strong>Pas de vieux manuscrit, pas de recette d\u2019\u00e9poque, rien de concret \u2014 juste une tradition orale transmise comme un secret de famille. Son but\u00a0? Cr\u00e9er une brioche locale gourmande et visuellement irr\u00e9sistible\u00a0: la brioche de Saint-Genix, toujours produite par la maison Labully aujourd\u2019hui. Les p\u00e2tissiers de la ville en ont fait une star sucr\u00e9e, un symbole de douceur et de convivialit\u00e9 \u00e0 la lyonnaise.
