Dot\u00e9 de deux voiles escamotables qui lui permettent ainsi de passer sous les ponts, ce g\u00e9ant des mers a fait son entr\u00e9e dimanche \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.20minutes.fr\/economie\/saint-nazaire\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"c-link c-link--is-underlined\" rel=\"noopener\">Saint-Nazaire<\/a> avant de rejoindre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.20minutes.fr\/nantes\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"c-link c-link--is-underlined\" rel=\"noopener\">Nantes<\/a> par la Loire.<\/p>\n<p>Finalis\u00e9 il y a peu en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.20minutes.fr\/monde\/turquie\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"c-link c-link--is-underlined\" rel=\"noopener\">Turquie<\/a>, l\u2019engin a quitt\u00e9 le chantier naval RMK Marine le 29\u00a0septembre avant de faire deux escales en Corse et \u00e0 Marseille. Propuls\u00e9 principalement par le vent, Neoliner Origin\u00a0s\u2019impose comme un moyen de locomotion de marchandises r\u00e9duisant de 80 \u00e0 90\u00a0% sa consommation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et ses \u00e9missions de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.20minutes.fr\/dossier\/gaz_a_effet_de_serre\" class=\"c-link c-link--is-underlined\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">gaz \u00e0 effet de serre<\/a> en comparaison avec un cargo classique.<\/p>\n<p>Premier d\u00e9part jeudi<\/p>\n<p>Avec ses 136 m\u00e8tres de haut et 24 m\u00e8tres de large, le navire roulier pourra transporter jusqu\u2019\u00e0 5.300 tonnes de marchandises et 350 voitures ou 250 conteneurs. Trois jours \u00e0 peine apr\u00e8s son arriv\u00e9e, le cargo devrait quitter la France jeudi pour sa premi\u00e8re transatlantique jusqu\u2019\u00e0 Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, Baltimore aux Etats-Unis et Halifax au Canada.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Le bateau devrait effectuer des allers-retours entre la France, le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.20minutes.fr\/dossier\/canada\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"c-link c-link--is-underlined\" rel=\"noopener\">Canada<\/a> et les Etats-Unis.
