Il s\u2019agit de la premi\u00e8re ligne r\u00e9guli\u00e8re, mais saisonni\u00e8re, entre la Chine et l\u2019Europe (Russie exclue), via la Route Maritime du Nord (RMN), avec des escales dans des ports europ\u00e9ens et chinois.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ce navire de 4843 EVP (\u00e9quivalents vingt-pieds, taille standard du conteneur) construit en 2000 et class\u00e9 glace (standard Ice-1) est arriv\u00e9 au port de Felixstowe, au Royaume-Uni, le 13 octobre, en provenance de Ningbo-Zhoushan, en Chine. Mardi 14 octobre, il \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 en route pour le port de Hambourg, en Allemagne.<\/p>\n<p>Ce porte-conteneurs Panamax n\u2019a mis que 20 jours pour parcourir 7850 milles, \u00e0 la vitesse moyenne de 15.62 noeuds, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 il en faut 27, pour parcourir 11.000 milles via le cap de Bonne Esp\u00e9rance, si l&rsquo;on exclue les arr\u00eats dans les ports, selon le Centre For High North Logistics, en Norv\u00e8ge. Son voyage dans l\u2019Arctique russe n\u2019a pas n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019escorte d\u2019un brise-glace en cette fin de saison estivale o\u00f9 la glace est la moins pr\u00e9sente. Ce navire de 294 m\u00e8tres de long avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un transit sur la RMN en 2024, entre Saint-P\u00e9tersbourg et Shanghai, sous le nom de Flying Fish 1.<\/p>\n<p>Le premier porte-conteneurs \u00e0 franchir la RMN avec une cargaison commerciale a \u00e9t\u00e9 le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.meretmarine.com\/fr\/marine-marchande\/le-venta-maersk-franchit-la-route-du-nord\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Venta Maersk<\/a>, de l\u2019armement danois Maersk, en 2018, qui a reli\u00e9 Vladivostok \u00e0 Saint-P\u00e9tersbourg. Depuis, l\u2019armement chinois NewNew Shipping Line a ouvert en 2023 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.meretmarine.com\/fr\/marine-marchande\/premier-aller-retour-pour-un-nouveau-service-chinois-regulier-sur-la-route\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">un service r\u00e9gulier<\/a> entre Saint-P\u00e9tersbourg et Shanghai, r\u00e9alisant 13 voyages, mais ces transits restent rares, comparativement au transit par le canal de Suez ou autour de l\u2019Afrique.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a9 Un article de la r\u00e9daction de Mer et Marine.
