Cette derni\u00e8re l\u2019assure, \u00ab\u00a0la c\u00e9l\u00e9brit\u00e9, la reconnaissance et le succ\u00e8s ne m\u2019ont pas chang\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>En\u00a02023, elle conna\u00eet la cons\u00e9cration d\u2019une premi\u00e8re \u00e9toile au Guide Michelin pour son travail au restaurant Rouge \u00e0 N\u00eemes. Elle a \u00e9galement exerc\u00e9 par le pass\u00e9 \u00e0 Marseille. La cuisini\u00e8re, qui participe au grand d\u00eener gastronomique a huit mains dans le cadre des Rencontres le 14\u00a0avril, sort <a href=\"http:\/\/michel-lafon.fr\/livre\/3224-Oui_cheffe.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">un livre (1) sur son parcours<\/a>. Elle se confie sur sa vision de la cuisine et son rapport \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, apr\u00e8s tant d\u2019ann\u00e9es pass\u00e9es derri\u00e8re les fourneaux.
