On sait qui va lui succ\u00e9der.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">Deux ans apr\u00e8s la fermeture de son restaurant gastronomique de la place Kl\u00e9ber, <a href=\"https:\/\/actu.fr\/auvergne-rhone-alpes\/lyon_69123\/lyon-le-restaurant-pierre-orsi-finalement-rachete-par-un-grand-groupe-parisien_60550443.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">vendu au groupe parisien Epicure Investment<\/a> dans le 6e arrondissement de Lyon, le chef de 85 ans a rang\u00e9 son tablier.\u00a0<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"ac-article-quote wall-content\">\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Pendant 46 belles ann\u00e9es, c\u2019est avec passion que nous avons, \u00e0 chaque service, essay\u00e9 de faire du Cazenove, un cocon de confort et de bien-\u00eatre gourmand. Nous esp\u00e9rons avoir r\u00e9pondu, un tant soit peu, \u00e0 vos envies de bonheur. Le directeur de la <a href=\"https:\/\/actu.fr\/auvergne-rhone-alpes\/lyon_69123\/pourquoi-la-brasserie-georges-restaurant-incontournable-de-lyon-cartonne-a-perrache_52157733.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Brasserie Georges<\/a>, immense institution \u00e0 Perrache, affirme \u00e0 actu Lyon avoir sign\u00e9 le compromis de vente pour acqu\u00e9rir Le Cazenove, confirmant une information du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leprogres.fr\/magazine-cuisine-et-vins\/2025\/04\/05\/ancien-restaurant-de-pierre-orsi-le-cazenove-a-ete-vendu-a-jacky-gallmann\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Progr\u00e8s<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">\u00ab\u00a0\u00c9tant encore \u00e0 la Brasserie Georges, je n\u2019ai pas envie d\u2019en dire plus\u00a0\u00bb, nous dit l\u2019int\u00e9ress\u00e9. \u00ab\u00a0D\u2019ici un bon mois, on aura des \u00e9l\u00e9ments \u00e0 communiquer sur le projet\u00a0\u00bb, glisse-t-il. Patience donc avant de d\u00e9couvrir ce \u00e0 quoi va ressembler l\u2019avenir du Cazenove.<\/p>\n<p>Un restaurant bien cot\u00e9<\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">Situ\u00e9 au 75, rue Boileau, cet \u00e9tablissement proposait notamment un menu gastronomique \u00e0 52 euros.<\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">\u00ab\u00a0Aujourd\u2019hui encore, on se r\u00e9gale de ces tr\u00e9sors, les ravioles de homard aux fleurs de carthame, le dos de cabillaud et beurre mont\u00e9 au miso, avant les incontournables cr\u00eapes Suzette s\u2019invitant dans une s\u00e9quence \u00e0 52 \u20ac qui fournit de beaux souvenirs.
