Mis en service en octobre\u00a02023, ce gigantesque bateau de 283\u00a0m\u00e8tres de longueur, exploit\u00e9 par le groupe fran\u00e7ais TotalEnergies, avait re\u00e7u l\u2019autorisation des pouvoirs publics de rester \u00e0 quai pendant cinq ans pour r\u00e9ceptionner du gaz naturel liqu\u00e9fi\u00e9 (GNL) apport\u00e9 par d\u2019autres navires, le transformer, puis l\u2019injecter dans le r\u00e9seau de gaz terrestre. Mais le tribunal administratif de Rouen a rendu, jeudi 16\u00a0octobre, une d\u00e9cision donnant raison \u00e0 l\u2019association Ecologie pour Le\u00a0Havre, qui contestait le maintien de cette installation.<\/p>\n<p>   Lire plus tard  <\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph  \">Au centre de la proc\u00e9dure\u00a0: l\u2019arr\u00eat\u00e9\u00a0fixant les conditions de fonctionnement de ce terminal m\u00e9thanier, d\u00e9coulant de la loi d\u2019ao\u00fbt\u00a02022\u00a0sur le pouvoir d\u2019achat. La France avait choisi de se doter de cette unit\u00e9 de stockage et de regaz\u00e9ification par mesure de pr\u00e9caution, alors que la guerre en Ukraine avait provoqu\u00e9 un tarissement des livraisons de gaz russe par gazoduc. \u00ab\u00a0La loi autorisait le terminal, \u00e0 la condition d\u2019une menace grave sur l\u2019approvisionnement en gaz.
