{"id":472904,"date":"2025-10-18T16:51:15","date_gmt":"2025-10-18T16:51:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/fr\/472904\/"},"modified":"2025-10-18T16:51:15","modified_gmt":"2025-10-18T16:51:15","slug":"ouverture-des-bus-a-la-concurrence-la-ratp-reste-maitre-a-bord-a-paris","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/fr\/472904\/","title":{"rendered":"Ouverture des bus \u00e0 la concurrence\u00a0: la RATP reste ma\u00eetre \u00e0 bord \u00e0 Paris"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Sur l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019Ile-de-France, la RATP a d\u00fb accepter l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de nouveaux concurrents, mais conserve 70% de ses lignes (226 lignes, soit 3 543 autobus au total) et 75% de ses agents \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9mission du processus qui a enterr\u00e9 son monopole.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi le groupe italien ATM SPA, nouvel entrant, a r\u00e9ussi l\u2019exploitation de 18 lignes de bus franciliennes.<\/p>\n<p>Keolis, d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent en grande couronne, a obtenu 65 lignes en petite couronne, 2 lignes de voitures express, 3 lignes de transport \u00e0 la demande et la gestion du tramway T9. Le groupe germano-fran\u00e7ais Transdev exploitera 19 lignes.<\/p>\n<p>Les deux lots attribu\u00e9s vendredi sont les derniers du processus d\u2019ouverture \u00e0 la concurrence des bus \u00e0 Paris et en petite couronne d\u00e9but\u00e9 en 2024.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019autorit\u00e9 organisatrice des transports Ile-de-France-Mobilit\u00e9s (IDFM) a d\u00e9sign\u00e9 RATP Cap Ile-de-France, filiale de la RATP, comme op\u00e9rateur de ces deux lots qui regroupent les 66 lignes de bus parisiennes, sept centres op\u00e9rationnels, 1 149 v\u00e9hicules et 5 000 agents, qui servent plus de 7 millions d\u2019habitants.<\/p>\n<p>RATP Cap Ile de France les exploitera \u00e0 partir du 1er novembre 2026 pour une dur\u00e9e de sept ans, avec possibilit\u00e9 de prolongation pour deux ans suppl\u00e9mentaires, un IDFM d\u00e9taill\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Passage au vert<\/p>\n<p>Val\u00e9rie P\u00e9cresse, pr\u00e9sidente de la r\u00e9gion Ile-de-France et d\u2019IDFM, avait salu\u00e9 par avance jeudi la \u201cderni\u00e8re r\u00e9ussite\u201d de Jean Castex, PDG de la RATP en partance pour prendre la direction de la SNCF: \u201cil a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 faire en sorte que tout le r\u00e9seau de bus de Paris reste dans le giron de la RATP, \u00e0 la loyale, c\u2019est magnifique!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ce succ\u00e8s \u201cvient conclure un cycle d\u2019attributions exigeant et confirmer la solidit\u00e9 de nos offres et la reconnaissance de notre expertise unique dans l\u2019exploitation de r\u00e9seaux urbains denses\u201d, commente le futur ex patron de la RATP.<\/p>\n<p>Jeudi, il avait rappel\u00e9 l\u2019importance du \u201cplan bus 2025\u201d qui consiste \u00e0 faire passer l\u2019essentiel de la flotte bus du groupe RATP \u201csoit \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9lectrique, soit au GNV, c\u2019est \u00e0 dire \u00e0 la verdir\u201d.
