Aujourd\u2019hui, deux soci\u00e9t\u00e9s se partagent la majorit\u00e9 de l\u2019art\u00e8re du centre-ville\u00a0: Praemia Reim (ex-Primonial), un pure player de la gestion d\u2019actifs immobiliers et Geneal Invest RE. \u00ab\u00a0On se retrouve \u00e0 payer des loyers sans coh\u00e9rence. Quand j\u2019ai repris le restaurant en f\u00e9vrier dernier, mon loyer \u00e9tait fix\u00e9 \u00e0 12\u00a0100\u00a0euros, il a grimp\u00e9 sans raison jusqu\u2019\u00e0 14\u00a0800\u00a0euros par mois\u00a0! Sans justification et sans coh\u00e9rence avec mes voisins. Ici, les prix ne devraient pas d\u00e9passer les 20\u00a0euros du m\u00b2.
