Trois grandes op\u00e9rations vont transformer l\u2019actuel CEFPPA (Centre Europ\u00e9en de Formation et de Promotion Professionnelle par Alternance pour l\u2019Industrie H\u00f4teli\u00e8re) Adrien Zeller en campus enti\u00e8rement r\u00e9nov\u00e9 et comprenant d\u00e9sormais des plateaux techniques, des laboratoires de cuisine et de p\u00e2tisserie, aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s d\u2019un restaurant et d\u2019un h\u00f4tel d\u2019application.<\/p>\n<p>\nD\u00e8s septembre 2026, le nouveau campus accueillera les formations sup\u00e9rieures de Ferrandi Paris, le bachelor arts culinaires et entreprenariat et le bachelor management h\u00f4telier et restauration, deux formations de niveau Bac +3. \u00ab\u00a0Nous sommes fiers de nous associer \u00e0 un acteur reconnu comme le CEFPPA, qui partage nos valeurs d\u2019exigence, d\u2019innovation et de transmission.
