Une onzi\u00e8me \u00e9dition plac\u00e9e sous le signe de la bonne humeur et du regain de forme des \u00e9caillers, marqu\u00e9s par le stressant renouvellement des concessions.<\/p>\n<p>On a beau conna\u00eetre la chanson, ma\u00eetriser le sc\u00e9nario de long en large, comme l\u2019invit\u00e9 de marque, <strong>Jo\u00ebl Dupuch<\/strong> dans \u00ab\u00a0Les Petits Mouchoirs\u00a0\u00bb, on se surprend encore et encore \u00e0 se faire pi\u00e9ger, comme envo\u00fbt\u00e9 par l\u2019ambiance de la F\u00eate des \u00c9caillers. \u00c0 la table des figures embl\u00e9matiques des Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse, il n\u2019y a d\u2019ailleurs gu\u00e8re besoin d\u2019attendre que les hu\u00eetres soient servies, pour que la soir\u00e9e verse dans l\u2019ivresse.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lyonpeople.com\/?attachment_id=166049\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-166049 noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-166049\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns=\" http:=\"\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"599\" data-lazy- data-lazy- data-lazy-src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/03_LA-FETE-DES-ECAILLERS_Halles-de-Lyon.jpg\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Celle de quelques verres de Chardonnay blanc, cela va de soi, mais aussi et surtout celle de faire la f\u00eate autour d\u2019un plateau, de moules marini\u00e8res ou de discussions engageantes.
