Le restaurant vient d\u2019obtenir seulement quelques mois apr\u00e8s son lancement une s\u00e9rie de distinctions prestigieuses. Un sacr\u00e9 coup pour l\u2019\u00e9tablissement g\u00e9r\u00e9 par Flavien Guarato \u00e0 la t\u00eate de sa premi\u00e8re affaire.<\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">Son adresse situ\u00e9e <strong>rue Tronchet<\/strong> propose notamment un menu v\u00e9g\u00e9tal gastronomique \u00e0 32 euros le midi, offrant une addition plut\u00f4t douce pour un \u00e9tablissement de haute qualit\u00e9. Ces derniers jours, Mertensia a d\u00e9croch\u00e9 plusieurs distinctions au <a href=\"https:\/\/actu.fr\/ile-de-france\/paris_75056\/les-inspecteurs-du-guide-michelin-ajoutent-ces-restaurants-de-paris-a-leur-selection-gastronomique_63208217.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Guide Michelin<\/a> ou encore au Gault et Millau.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Une cuisine appliqu\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb, salue le Guide Michelin<\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">Au total quatre distinctions en seulement un mois, et ce seulement huit mois apr\u00e8s son ouverture. D\u2019abord le c\u00e9l\u00e8bre Guide Michelin, souligne une \u00ab\u00a0cuisine appliqu\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019adresse conserve son style \u00e9pur\u00e9, m\u00ealant tons pastel, bois clair et branchages. Le chef propose une cuisine r\u00e9solument v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne, d\u00e9clin\u00e9e aussi dans une version agr\u00e9ment\u00e9e de produits marins. Son style culinaire, nourri par une inspiration japonaise issue d\u2019un s\u00e9jour prolong\u00e9 \u00e0 Nagano, int\u00e8gre des ingr\u00e9dients comme le miso, l\u2019algue kombu ou les shiitak\u00e9s.
