Il y a deux mois, un mouvement de gr\u00e8ve avait \u00e9clat\u00e9 pour d\u00e9noncer un recours jug\u00e9 \u00ab abusif \u00bb \u00e0 la sous-traitance. Apr\u00e8s le licenciement, en janvier, de 7 gr\u00e9vistes, la direction a assign\u00e9 en justice 5 salari\u00e9s de la CGT pour entrave \u00e0 la libert\u00e9 de travailler. Dans ce dernier cas, l&rsquo;entreprise a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9bout\u00e9e et, concernant les licenciements, les Prud&rsquo;hommes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 saisis. Face \u00e0 un conflit qui n&rsquo;en finit pas, la direction d&rsquo;UNM a annonc\u00e9 hier, en comit\u00e9 d&rsquo;entreprise, qu&rsquo;elle envisageait de lancer aupr\u00e8s du tribunal de commerce une proc\u00e9dure de liquidation judicaire. Consult\u00e9, le CE s&rsquo;est prononc\u00e9 contre mais le spectre d&rsquo;une cessation d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 p\u00e8se d\u00e9sormais sur l&rsquo;entreprise, qui emploie 130 salari\u00e9s et environ 400 sous-traitants. La direction pourrait se prononcer aujourd&rsquo;hui sur la suite \u00e0 donner au dossier. Dans un communiqu\u00e9, le patronat marseillais d\u00e9nonce un \u00ab g\u00e2chis \u00bb.<br \/>Plac\u00e9e en redressement judiciaire, l&rsquo;ex-Compagnie Marseillaise de R\u00e9parations (CMR) avait \u00e9t\u00e9 reprise \u00e0 l&rsquo;automne 2006 par le groupe espagnol Boluda, qui l&rsquo;avait rebaptis\u00e9 Union Naval Marseille. Alors que le nombre de grands navires transitant en M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e a fortement augment\u00e9, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 dispose de s\u00e9rieux atouts avec l&rsquo;exploitation des formes 8 et 9, de 350 et 250 m\u00e8tres de long.
