Direction le quartier du Wacken pour d\u00e9couvrir ce lieu unique, ce qu\u2019il a dans le ventre, et surtout : ce que l\u2019on trouve dans les assiettes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, nous sommes au num\u00e9ro 4 du <strong>boulevard de Dresde<\/strong>, au pied d\u2019<strong>une tour<\/strong><strong>\u00a0install\u00e9e <\/strong>non loin des institutions europ\u00e9ennes.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est \u00e0 l\u2019avant-dernier \u00e9tage de cet immeuble que l\u2019on tombe nez \u00e0 nez avec L\u2019Archipel, <strong>un restaurant moderne et fringant, \u00e0
