Probl\u00e8me\u00a0: ils ne traversent pas la fronti\u00e8re \u00e0 cause d&rsquo;un changement de r\u00e8glementation en Allemagne. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Des trains r\u00e9gionaux command\u00e9s pour relier la France et l&rsquo;Allemagne<\/strong> roulent seulement en France, en Alsace, en attendant d&rsquo;\u00eatre homologu\u00e9s de l&rsquo;autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 du Rhin. Au total, 30 rames TER command\u00e9es en 2019 devaient \u00eatre livr\u00e9es en 2023 selon le vice-pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9gion charg\u00e9 des transports, mais en raison de la crise Covid qui a fortement perturb\u00e9 l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 industrielle, ces rames n&rsquo;ont \u00e9t\u00e9 livr\u00e9es qu&rsquo;en mai&#8230;2025.<\/p>\n<p>Ces rames devaient relier les villes de Strasbourg, Mulhouse mais aussi Metz, \u00e0 des villes des r\u00e9gions allemandes voisines du Bade-Wurtemberg, de la Sarre et de Rh\u00e9nanie-Palatinat. Mais\u00a0entre-temps, <strong>la r\u00e9glementation allemande a chang\u00e9<\/strong>.\u00a0La r\u00e8glementation est devenue plus stricte sur la dur\u00e9e des freinages d&rsquo;urgence des trains et la r\u00e9gion Grand Est pr\u00e9cise que quand la rame d&rsquo;essai a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e pour faire les homologations, \u00ab\u00a0des non-conformit\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9es\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Une mise en service esp\u00e9r\u00e9e fin 2026<\/p>\n<p>La R\u00e9gion promet que des solutions techniques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 trouv\u00e9es donc l&rsquo;objectif est bien de faire rouler ces trains r\u00e9gionaux en Allemagne. Le vice-pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9gion charg\u00e9 des transports vise une mise en circulation \u00e0 la fin du premier trimestre 2026 sur les lignes transfrontali\u00e8res Strasbourg-Offenburg et Mulhouse-M\u00fcllheim.<\/p>\n<p>En attendant, ces TER ne roulent que c\u00f4t\u00e9 alsacien et la r\u00e9gion Grand Est envisage de r\u00e9clamer des compensations financi\u00e8res pour la livraison tardive des rames.
