Ces 30 rames TER, command\u00e9es en\u00a02019 pour 388\u00a0millions d\u2019euros au constructeur espagnol CAF <a href=\"https:\/\/www.20minutes.fr\/societe\/4183949-20251106-sncf-eau-tout-monde-quand-tgv-met-plus-9-heures-relier-paris-lyon\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"c-link c-link--is-underlined\" rel=\"noopener\">via la SNCF<\/a>, devaient \u00eatre livr\u00e9es en\u00a02023, a expliqu\u00e9 Thibaud Philipps, vice-pr\u00e9sident de la r\u00e9gion charg\u00e9 des transports, confirmant des informations du R\u00e9publicain lorrain.<\/p>\n<p>Elles devaient relier des villes du Grand-Est (Strasbourg, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.20minutes.fr\/dossier\/metz\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"c-link c-link--is-underlined\" rel=\"noopener\">Metz<\/a>, Mulhouse) \u00e0 des villes des r\u00e9gions allemandes voisines (Bade-Wurtemberg, Sarre, Rh\u00e9nanie-Palatinat). Mais la pand\u00e9mie de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.20minutes.fr\/societe\/covid-19\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"c-link c-link--is-underlined\" rel=\"noopener\">Covid-19<\/a>, qui avait fortement perturb\u00e9 l\u2019activit\u00e9 industrielle, a caus\u00e9 des retards et les rames n\u2019ont \u00e9t\u00e9 livr\u00e9es qu\u2019en mai cette ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Une mise en circulation pour\u00a02026<\/p>\n<p>Or, entre-temps, la r\u00e9glementation allemande est devenue plus stricte sur la dur\u00e9e des freinages d\u2019urgence des trains. \u00ab\u00a0Quand la rame d\u2019essai a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e pour faire les homologations, il y avait des non-conformit\u00e9s qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9es, et \u00e7a n\u00e9cessitait de retravailler sur les rames\u00a0\u00bb, a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 Thibaud Philipps. \u00ab\u00a0Il y a eu des adaptations qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 faites, donc les solutions techniques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 trouv\u00e9es, on est vraiment \u00e0 la fin du processus\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il affirm\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Actuellement, les trains roulent bien, mais uniquement en France, a indiqu\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9lu, qui vise une mise en circulation \u00e0 la fin du premier trimestre\u00a02026 sur les lignes transfrontali\u00e8res Strasbourg-Offenburg et Mulhouse-M\u00fcllheim.
