L\u2019activit\u00e9 reprend lentement, soutenue par des conditions de financement plus favorables et des prix en baisse. Cette tendance t\u00e9moigne d\u2019une stabilisation r\u00e9elle du march\u00e9\u2009\u00bb, signale Ma\u00eetre Anne Fercoq-Le Guen, pr\u00e9sidente de la Chambre des notaires de la cour d\u2019appel de Rennes.<\/p>\n<p>Les chiffres parlent d\u2019eux-m\u00eames\u2009: en Bretagne historique, les prix des appartements anciens ont chut\u00e9 de 4,1\u2009%, tandis que ceux des maisons anciennes enregistrent un recul de 2,5\u2009%.
