Caponata siciliana (aubergines et oignon en mani\u00e8re de gratin)\u00a0: \u00e0 la limite du hors saison mais suffisamment compot\u00e9e pour passer. Piccata de veau sauce citron, orange, origan\u00a0: \u00e7a glisse tout seul. Pasta alla norma (tomates, aubergines, ricotta)\u00a0: bien dans les tuyaux.
