Que dit la l\u00e9gislation en mati\u00e8re de temps de pause\u00a0?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Le temps de pause est r\u00e9gi par les dispositions de l\u2019article L. 3121-16, aux termes duquel\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0D\u00e8s que le temps de travail quotidien atteint six heures, le salari\u00e9 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019un temps de pause d\u2019une dur\u00e9e minimale de vingt minutes cons\u00e9cutives.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Ce temps de pause peut toutefois \u00eatre pris avant l\u2019expiration de ce d\u00e9lai.<\/p>\n<p>Ces vingt minutes doivent \u00eatre cons\u00e9cutives, et ne peuvent \u00eatre fractionn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Des mesures sp\u00e9cifiques sont pr\u00e9vues pour\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p> \u25b6 \u2002 Les salari\u00e9s mineurs, qui b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u2019un temps de pause d\u2019au moins 30 minutes cons\u00e9cutives apr\u00e8s une p\u00e9riode de travail continue de 4 heures 30.<\/p>\n<p> \u25b6 \u2002 Les travailleurs sur \u00e9cran, pour lesquels doit \u00eatre fait application de l\u2019article R.4542-4 du Code du travail, aux termes duquel \u00ab\u00a0l\u2019employeur organise l\u2019activit\u00e9 du travailleur de telle sorte que son temps quotidien de travail sur \u00e9cran soit p\u00e9riodiquement interrompu par des pauses ou par&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Comment sont d\u00e9finis les temps de pause en entreprise\u00a0?
