Bien visible dans la rue de Saint-Malo avec sa devanture rouge et reconnaissable \u00e0 sa d\u00e9coration inspir\u00e9e des <strong>diners am\u00e9ricains,<\/strong> l\u2019enseigne <strong>Back to the 60\u2019s<\/strong> a ferm\u00e9 ses portes en fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e 2024.<\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">Jeudi 24\u00a0avril 2025, le rempla\u00e7ant de cette institution rennaise s\u2019est fait conna\u00eetre.\u00a0Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une nouvelle enseigne,<strong> Breizhliner,<\/strong> port\u00e9e par le Rennais Yilmaz Sulak, d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 la t\u00eate des restaurants Tacozh.<\/p>\n<p>Un concept inspir\u00e9 des Berliner<\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">\u00c0 la rentr\u00e9e 2025, les Rennaises et les Rennais pourront d\u00e9couvrir le concept du restaurant, directement <strong>inspir\u00e9 des Berliner,<\/strong> le fameux <strong>kebab berlinois.<\/strong> D\u2019o\u00f9 le nom Breizhliner, contraction de Breizh et Berliner.<\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">Ce nouveau restaurant <strong>\u00ab\u2009street food premium\u2009\u00bb<\/strong> tend \u00e0 proposer une fusion entre \u00ab\u2009le meilleur du kebab berlinois et le savoir-faire breton\u2009\u00bb.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"ac-article-quote wall-content\">\n<p>Pas de compromis sur la qualit\u00e9 : pain moelleux p\u00e9tri sur place, deux broches mont\u00e9es \u00e0 la main chaque matin, sauces maison, produits frais sourc\u00e9s aupr\u00e8s de producteurs locaux. <\/p>\n<p>    <strong>Breizhliner<\/strong>\n            <\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">Pour renforcer son offre de kebab, l\u2019enseigne mise sur <strong>des recettes inspir\u00e9es du terroir de la r\u00e9gion<\/strong> et une carte de <strong>bi\u00e8res artisanales bretonnes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"ac-article-quote wall-content\">\n<p>On voulait cr\u00e9er un lieu o\u00f9 l\u2019on sert de la street food, mais bien.
