Alors qu\u2019elle occupait en 2002 la 5 e place du classement des villes les plus cyclo-compatibles d\u2019Europe \u00e9tabli par Copenhagenize, une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de conseil et de formation dans le domaine de la mobilit\u00e9, Strasbourg chute \u00e0 la 13 e place dans l\u2019index 2025. En 2017, la capitale europ\u00e9enne s\u2019\u00e9tait m\u00eame hiss\u00e9e en 4 e position.<\/p>\n<p>Pour Copenhagenize, \u00ab\u00a0le principal d\u00e9fi\u00a0\u00bb de Strasbourg consiste \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0retrouver sa nature innovante\u00a0\u00bb et \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre \u00ab\u00a0des mesures efficaces pour se hisser au plus haut niveau\u00a0\u00bb. Parmi les pistes d\u2019am\u00e9lioration, l\u2019entreprise danoise cite notamment \u00ab\u00a0l\u2019extension des zones apais\u00e9es\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0le d\u00e9veloppement de concepts \u00e9prouv\u00e9s comme les rues scolaires\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Strasbourg doit transformer son exp\u00e9rience en une ambition renouvel\u00e9e en investissant davantage dans la transformation de son paysage urbain\u00a0\u00bb, estiment les ing\u00e9nieurs de Copenhagenize qui conseillent \u00e0 Strasbourg \u00ab\u00a0d\u2019\u00e9tendre ses zones \u00e0 30\u00a0km\/h et de r\u00e9am\u00e9nager les rues afin d\u2019optimiser le rapport s\u00e9curit\u00e9\/confort\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Le nouveau classement n\u2019a pas manqu\u00e9 d\u2019\u00eatre exploit\u00e9 \u00e0 des fins \u00e9lectorales alors que la campagne des municipales est lanc\u00e9e et que le Ring v\u00e9lo sur le pourtour de la Grand \u00eele est en voie d\u2019ach\u00e8vement. Pour l\u2019opposition, y compris celle qui critique les travaux d\u2019am\u00e9nagement cyclables, c\u2019est l\u2019occasion de se moquer de la municipalit\u00e9 \u00e9cologiste sortante. Pour sortir de l\u2019orni\u00e8re politique, Copenhagenize propose des master class sur l\u2019urbanisme cyclable, 2\u00a0700\u00a0euros les trois jours.
