L\u2019un des cinq coups de c\u0153ur de l\u2019ann\u00e9e d\u00e9cern\u00e9s par Pur Beurre revient d\u2019ailleurs <a href=\"https:\/\/nantes.maville.com\/actu\/actudet_-delicatessaine-le-pari-reussi-d-une-patisserie-naturelle-et-moins-sucree-sur-l-ile-de-nantes-_8-6952820_actu.Htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00e0 la p\u00e2tisserie nantaise D\u00e9licatessaine et au travail militant de Sabrina et Gr\u00e9gory Lejeune<\/a> pour proposer de savoureux g\u00e2teaux et desserts \u00e0 base de farines anciennes ou brutes, sans glucose, ni texturant.<strong> \u00ab\u00a0Un parfait \u00e9quilibre\u00a0\u00bb,<\/strong> selon le chef Olivier R\u0153llinger, qui leur a remis leur distinction, lundi soir 24\u00a0novembre, \u00e0 Rennes, lors de la soir\u00e9e de lancement du guide.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Du go\u00fbt, du vivant, de l\u2019humain\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>En naviguant entre belles photos et dessins esprit carnet de voyage, on d\u00e9couvre tout le bien que pensent les journalistes culinaires d\u2019adresses qui ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 une jolie notori\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 Nantes, comme les restaurants Mirza, Bairoz, Alaia, Myrtil, Broussaille, Gwaien, Jaleo\u2026 Mais aussi aux quatre coins de la Loire-Atlantique\u00a0: Glouglou \u00e0 Pornichet, Court-Circuit \u00e0 Clisson, Topaze \u00e0 Saint-Nazaire\u2026 sont parmi les lieux distingu\u00e9s par ces sp\u00e9cialistes \u00a0du go\u00fbt, du vivant et de l\u2019humain\u00a0\u00bb, selon la formule d\u2019Olivier Marie, le r\u00e9dacteur en chef de Pur Beurre.<\/p>\n<p>Les producteurs de la terre ne sont pas oubli\u00e9s\u00a0: Aerofab \u00e0 Sautron, la Ferme des 7\u00a0chemins \u00e0 Pless\u00e9 ou Maison Charteau \u00e0 Saint-Molf, entre autres, figurent en bonne place.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi qu\u2019une bonne vingtaine d\u2019artisans du go\u00fbt du d\u00e9partement, comme Des \u00e9pices \u00e0 ma guise \u00e0 Ancenis, Ima \u00e0 Saint-Nazaire, Insieme Gelato au Pouliguen, la Mie de la terre \u00e0 Batz-sur-Mer, la charcuterie la Grande Table, la boucherie les Bottes ou Maison Arlot-Cheng \u00e0 Nantes.
