Et pour voir \u00e0 quoi ressemblent ces fameux \u0153ufs mayonnaise, il faut se rendre \u00e0 <strong>la brasserie Au R\u00eave<\/strong> de Mathieu Renucci, \u00e0 Montmartre, dans le 18\u1d49 arrondissement de <a href=\"https:\/\/actu.fr\/paris\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Paris<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Des \u0153ufs gourmands pour quel prix\u2009?<\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">Un lit de poireau cuisin\u00e9 dont on ne garde que le c\u0153ur. <strong>Un petit bouillon de volaille<\/strong> au cerfeuil. Des vinaigrettes. Des \u0153ufs gros calibres. Une mayonnaise g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse avec de la moutarde de Provins au vin blanc. Puis ce pain de mie <strong>\u00ab\u2009emporte-piec\u00e9\u2009\u00bb<\/strong> avec un verre \u00e0 digestif recouvert de beurre.
