De la coquille de No\u00ebl au panettone, en passant par la galette des rois prim\u00e9e, les cr\u00e9ations de Maxime Brice allient tradition, excellence et esprit familial.<\/p>\n<p>Fond\u00e9e il y a plus de dix ans \u00e0 Marcq-en-Baroeul, l\u2019enseigne compte aujourd\u2019hui six boulangeries (Marcq, Marquette, Wasquehal, Roubaix, Croix et P\u00e9renchies) et ouvrira prochainement \u00e0 La Madeleine. Aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de Maxime, sa s\u0153ur Marion g\u00e8re la partie administrative et le d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les f\u00eates, la maison met \u00e0 l\u2019honneur ses produits embl\u00e9matiques :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les <strong>coquilles de No\u00ebl<\/strong>, nature, sucre, chocolat ou raisin, disponibles du 1er au 31 d\u00e9cembre, orn\u00e9es du traditionnel petit J\u00e9sus artisanal.<\/li>\n<li>Le <strong>panettone<\/strong>, au levain naturel, d\u00e9clin\u00e9 en version classique aux fruits confits ou au chocolat gianduja et noisettes, \u00e0 d\u00e9guster quelques jours apr\u00e8s sa sortie du four pour en r\u00e9v\u00e9ler toutes les saveurs.<\/li>\n<li>Le <strong>pain d\u2019\u00e9pices<\/strong>, moelleux et parfum\u00e9, compagnon parfait d\u2019un th\u00e9 ou d\u2019un chocolat chaud de r\u00e9veillon.<\/li>\n<li>Et bien s\u00fbr, la <strong>galette des rois<\/strong>, prim\u00e9e meilleure galette frangipane des Hauts-de-France lors du salon Horesta \u00e0 Lille, se d\u00e9cline d\u00e8s la fin d\u00e9cembre et tout au long du mois de janvier en deux versions : \u00e0 la frangipane g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse ou \u00e0 la pomme fondante.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les f\u00e8ves, \u00e0 l\u2019effigie des sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s maison, rappellent l\u2019histoire de la boulangerie.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9compens\u00e9e \u00e0 de multiples reprises, la maison Brice s\u00e9duit par son savoir-faire artisanal, ses mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res d\u2019exception et son authenticit\u00e9.
