Les viandes et poissons matur\u00e9s sont la signature du restaurant Di Bellagio \u00e0 Saint-Chamond"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Au c\u0153ur de Saint-Chamond, le restaurant Di Bellagio se distingue d\u00e9sormais par une cuisine cr\u00e9ative, tourn\u00e9e vers la maturation des viandes et poissons, impuls\u00e9e par son chef et propri\u00e9taire, Laurent Sommers.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0J\u2019ai grandi dans un petit village du Centre o\u00f9 mes grands-parents tenaient une auberge\u00a0\u00bb, raconte Laurent, dont le parcours l\u2019a ensuite conduit \u00e0 voyager \u00e0 travers le monde, notamment au Cambodge.<\/p>\n<p>Avec un \u00e9leveur local<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir repris un \u00e9tablissement \u00e0 Montpellier \u00e0 son retour en France en 2015, c\u2019est finalement le hasard et des raisons familiales qui l\u2019ont amen\u00e9 dans la Loire apr\u00e8s le Covid.
