Dans un rapport de 92 pages qu&rsquo;elle a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 \u00e0 la presse le 28 novembre, l\u2019institution pointe une concession fragilis\u00e9e et un a\u00e9roport vieillissant au bord de la saturation, malgr\u00e9 des avanc\u00e9es sur la r\u00e9duction des nuisances sonores et la reconversion des terrains de NDDL. \u00c0 l&rsquo;issue de quoi, elle \u00e9met trois recommandations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Des tensions persistantes entre l\u2019\u00c9tat et l\u2019exploitant<\/strong>&#13;\n<\/p>\n<p>La concession sign\u00e9e en 2010 entre l\u2019\u00c9tat et A\u00e9roports du Grand Ouest (AGO \u2013 Vinci) reste active, bien qu\u2019elle ait \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue pour permettre la construction du nouvel a\u00e9roport de NDDL.
