Dirig\u00e9e par <strong data-start=\"879\" data-end=\"892\">Tomoo Oda<\/strong>, ancien professionnel du vin devenu ma\u00eetre-brasseur, elle associe techniques japonaises, <strong data-start=\"982\" data-end=\"1012\">riz biologique de Camargue<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1014\" data-end=\"1038\">levures de vin blanc<\/strong> et <strong data-start=\"1042\" data-end=\"1074\">eaux souterraines d\u2019Arcachon<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"750\" data-end=\"1243\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/sake-de-bordeaux.jpg\" width=\"1000\" height=\"667\" alt=\"sake-de-bordeaux\"\/><\/p>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"750\" data-end=\"1243\">La Sakagura peut produire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 <strong data-start=\"1112\" data-end=\"1140\">75 000 bouteilles par an<\/strong>, avec l\u2019ambition d\u2019inscrire le sak\u00e9 dans la longue histoire bordelaise des boissons ferment\u00e9es. Inaugur\u00e9e le 14 novembre 2025, la brasserie devient un nouveau lieu phare pour les amateurs de sak\u00e9 et les curieux, qui m\u00eale savoir-faire ancestral, innovation et identit\u00e9 locale.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\nUne expertise biculturelle de haut niveau&#13;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1297\" data-end=\"1400\">Pour concevoir ses premiers assemblages, Tomoo Oda s\u2019est entour\u00e9 de deux r\u00e9f\u00e9rences internationales\u00a0: <strong data-start=\"1403\" data-end=\"1430\">Jean-Jacques Dubourdieu<\/strong>, figure incontournable des vins blancs bordelais et <strong data-start=\"1485\" data-end=\"1500\">Marie Chiba<\/strong>, sommeli\u00e8re japonaise, Sak\u00e9 Samoura\u00ef et propri\u00e9taire du bar EUREKA!. Avec Sak\u00e9 de Bordeaux, la Gironde s\u2019inscrit dans ce mouvement mondial de red\u00e9couverte et devient un nouveau terrain d\u2019expression pour cette boisson mill\u00e9naire.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3176\" data-end=\"3494\">Dans une r\u00e9gion o\u00f9 le vin r\u00e8gne depuis des si\u00e8cles et o\u00f9 les brasseries artisanales se multiplient, l\u2019arriv\u00e9e d\u2019une Sakagura ouvre un horizon in\u00e9dit.<br data-start=\"3325\" data-end=\"3328\"\/>Sak\u00e9 de Bordeaux ambitionne de faire rayonner, depuis la Gironde, une boisson encore trop m\u00e9connue et pourtant riche de nuances, de po\u00e9sie et de traditions.
