Obligations, d\u00e9claration\u2026 tout savoir sur l\u2019emploi des travailleurs handicap\u00e9s"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote class=\"question\"><p>Quelles sont les obligations des entreprises en mati\u00e8re d\u2019emploi\/am\u00e9nagement\/maintien des personnes en situation de handicap\u00a0?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Toutes les entreprises sont concern\u00e9es par l\u2019emploi de personnes en situation de handicap.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019employeur s\u2019acquitte de son obligation d\u2019emploi des travailleurs handicap\u00e9s en employant des travailleurs handicap\u00e9s b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant de l\u2019OETH (obligation d\u2019emploi en faveur des personnes handicap\u00e9e), en application de l\u2019article L 5212-6 du Code du travail.<\/p>\n<p>Les entreprises de moins de 20 salari\u00e9s ne sont pas assujetties \u00e0 l\u2019OETH mais elles doivent d\u00e9clarer au sein de leur d\u00e9claration sociale nominative (DSN) le statut de travailleur handicap\u00e9 de leurs salari\u00e9s (article D 5212-1 Code du travail).<\/p>\n<p>Concernant les entreprises de plus de 20 salari\u00e9s, elles sont assujetties \u00e0 cette obligation.
