Class\u00e9e X1.9 par la Nasa, cette explosion s\u2019est produite au niveau d\u2019un groupe de taches solaires r\u00e9cemment apparues sur le limbe du Soleil, consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme l\u2019un des plus imposants de la d\u00e9cennie.<\/p>\n<p class=\"fig-paragraph\">Selon le Solar Dynamics Observatory de la Nasa, le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne a bri\u00e8vement perturb\u00e9 les communications radio en Australie et dans certaines parties de l\u2019Asie du Sud-Est. L\u2019\u00e9ruption a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 accompagn\u00e9e d\u2019une \u00e9jection de masse coronale (CME), un nuage de particules et de champs magn\u00e9tiques qui, lorsqu\u2019il frappe la Terre, peut d\u00e9clencher des temp\u00eates g\u00e9omagn\u00e9tiques et alt\u00e9rer les satellites, les r\u00e9seaux \u00e9lectriques et les syst\u00e8mes de navigation.<\/p>\n<p>                                            <a class=\"fig-a11y-skip\" href=\"#fig-a11y-skip-main-inarticle\" data-module=\"a11y-skip\" data-context=\"was @visible\"><br \/>\n    Passer la publicit\u00e9<br \/>\n<\/a>            <\/p>\n<p>                                            Temp\u00eate g\u00e9omagn\u00e9tique<\/p>\n<p class=\"fig-paragraph\">La NOAA &#8211; l\u2019Agence am\u00e9ricaine d\u2019observation oc\u00e9anique et atmosph\u00e9rique &#8211; a \u00e9mis une alerte de temp\u00eate g\u00e9omagn\u00e9tique pour la nuit du mercredi 3 au jeudi 4 d\u00e9cembre, pr\u00e9voyant un impact pouvant atteindre la classe G3, jug\u00e9e \u00abforte\u00bb par les experts. Si les conditions sont favorables, ces perturbations pourraient rendre visibles des aurores bor\u00e9ales jusqu\u2019\u00e0 des latitudes plus basses que d\u2019habitude, dans l\u2019h\u00e9misph\u00e8re nord.<\/p>\n<p class=\"fig-paragraph\">L\u2019\u00e9clat du ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne d\u00e9pendra toutefois de l\u2019orientation exacte de l\u2019\u00e9jection solaire et de la m\u00e9t\u00e9o locale, qui pourrait limiter la visibilit\u00e9.
