Les amoureux de gastronomie connaissent s\u00fbrement son nom : <strong data-start=\"296\" data-end=\"313\">Simone Zanoni<\/strong>, chef du restaurant de l\u2019h\u00f4tel George V \u00e0 Paris.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"364\" data-end=\"648\">Comme notre chef girondin, le chef italien sort de la cuisine de ses \u00e9tablissements \u00e9toil\u00e9s pour tenter de toucher un autre public. Il a, comme Philippe Etchebest, une cha\u00eene YouTube, Zanoni en cuisine, o\u00f9 il distille de bons conseils pour r\u00e9ussir au mieux des recettes\u2026 italiennes.<\/p>\n<p>Mafaldine, pesto, panna cotta\u2026<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"685\" data-end=\"817\">Simone Zanoni a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019aller plus loin en lan\u00e7ant, fin novembre, un concept de fast food \u00e0 base de p\u00e2tes fra\u00eeches : <strong data-start=\"805\" data-end=\"816\">Paaates<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"819\" data-end=\"954\">C\u2019est \u00e0 Bordeaux qu\u2019il a ouvert son premier \u00e9tablissement. Ou plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment \u00e0 Bordeaux-Lac, au sein du centre commercial AuShopping.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"956\" data-end=\"1053\">Le chef \u00e9toil\u00e9 s\u2019est associ\u00e9 \u00e0 quatre partenaires, dont deux Bordelais, pour d\u00e9marrer l\u2019aventure.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"956\" data-end=\"1053\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Qu\u2019est-ce qu\u2019on retrouve sur la carte ?<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1100\" data-end=\"1310\">Des p\u00e2tes fra\u00eeches accompagn\u00e9es de <strong>sauces classiques<\/strong> : bolognaise, carbonara, tomate-burrata ou encore cacio e pepe. Mais aussi des cr\u00e9ations <strong>plus originales<\/strong>, comme un pesto de basilic ou une bolognaise v\u00e9gane.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1312\" data-end=\"1447\">Chez <strong data-start=\"1317\" data-end=\"1328\">Paaates<\/strong>, on reprend les codes du fast-food : des bornes pour commander et un plat pr\u00eat sur le comptoir cinq minutes plus tard.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1449\" data-end=\"1611\">C\u00f4t\u00e9 prix, il faudra compter entre <strong data-start=\"1484\" data-end=\"1505\">9,90 \u20ac et 13,90 \u20ac<\/strong> l\u2019assiette.
