{"id":577981,"date":"2025-12-04T17:04:11","date_gmt":"2025-12-04T17:04:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/fr\/577981\/"},"modified":"2025-12-04T17:04:11","modified_gmt":"2025-12-04T17:04:11","slug":"feu-vert-du-commissaire-enqueteur-pour-le-tramway-express-de-louest-lyonnais","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/fr\/577981\/","title":{"rendered":"feu vert du commissaire enqu\u00eateur pour le tramway express de l\u2019Ouest lyonnais"},"content":{"rendered":"<p itemprop=\"description\"><strong>Le projet de TEOL (Tramway Express de l\u2019Ouest Lyonnais) vient de franchir un cap majeur.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Selon le SYTRAL, le commissaire enqu\u00eateur a rendu un avis favorable \u00e0 l\u2019issue de l\u2019enqu\u00eate publique cl\u00f4tur\u00e9e le 8 octobre, validant l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de cette future ligne destin\u00e9e \u00e0 relier l\u2019Ouest lyonnais au centre de Lyon via la Confluence.<\/p>\n<p>Lanc\u00e9 officiellement en 2024 apr\u00e8s plusieurs ann\u00e9es d\u2019\u00e9tudes et de concertations depuis 2017, TEOL doit notamment connecter Ala\u00ef \u00e0 Tassin-la-Demi-Lune \u00e0 la Confluence en 14 minutes, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un tunnel de 3 kilom\u00e8tres indispensable pour franchir les contraintes topographiques du 5e arrondissement de Lyon. Le tram express circulera avec une fr\u00e9quence annonc\u00e9e d\u2019une rame toutes les cinq minutes aux heures de pointe et une large amplitude horaire (4h30\u20131h).<\/p>\n<p>Le projet pr\u00e9voit \u00e9galement une requalification des espaces publics en surface afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les cheminements pi\u00e9tons et cyclables, tout en pr\u00e9servant la circulation automobile existante. Le commissaire enqu\u00eateur reconna\u00eet des impacts n\u00e9gatifs li\u00e9s aux sections a\u00e9riennes, mais estime que les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices en mati\u00e8re de desserte, de r\u00e9duction du trafic routier et d\u2019\u00e9missions polluantes \u00ab\u00a0peuvent \u00eatre sup\u00e9rieurs\u00a0\u00bb aux inconv\u00e9nients.<\/p>\n<p>Le SYTRAL indique avoir pris acte des r\u00e9serves et recommandations du rapport, notamment sur la limitation des acquisitions fonci\u00e8res, la r\u00e9duction des impacts sur les espaces naturels et l\u2019accompagnement \u00e9conomique en phase travaux.<\/p>\n<p>Autre engagement : poursuivre la concertation continue avec habitants et \u00e9lus, condition jug\u00e9e indispensable pour favoriser l\u2019acceptabilit\u00e9 d\u2019un projet qui suscite autant d\u2019attentes que de pr\u00e9occupations voire de rejet dans les communes de l\u2019Ouest.<\/p>\n<p>Un p\u00f4le d\u2019\u00e9changes multimodal est notamment pr\u00e9vu \u00e0 Ala\u00ef, incluant parc-relais auto et v\u00e9lo, et une restructuration du r\u00e9seau de bus accompagnera la mise en service. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Le SYTRAL proposera le 18 d\u00e9cembre au Conseil d\u2019administration de confirmer l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du projet et de demander \u00e0 la pr\u00e9f\u00e8te du Rh\u00f4ne la signature de la D\u00e9claration d\u2019utilit\u00e9 publique (DUP), derni\u00e8re \u00e9tape avant le lancement op\u00e9rationnel du chantier.
