Les Pays <a href=\"https:\/\/www.20minutes.fr\/dossier\/ue\" class=\"c-link c-link--is-underlined\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">de l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne<\/a> ont en tout cas rejet\u00e9 ce jeudi par la proposition de la Commission europ\u00e9enne visant \u00e0 rendre le contr\u00f4le technique annuel obligatoire pour les voitures et camionnettes de plus de 10 ans.<\/p>\n<p>Ces vieux v\u00e9hicules sont actuellement soumis dans l\u2019UE <a href=\"https:\/\/www.20minutes.fr\/societe\/4151409-20250502-controle-technique-frequence-controles-obligatoires-hors-france\" class=\"c-link c-link--is-underlined\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00e0 un contr\u00f4le obligatoire tous les deux ans<\/a>, certains pays comme l\u2019Allemagne ou la France imposant m\u00eame cette r\u00e8gle aux voitures de plus de 4 ans.<\/p>\n<p>Le statu quo d\u00e9fendu par les ministres des Transports<\/p>\n<p>En avril, Bruxelles a propos\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.20minutes.fr\/societe\/4151440-20250502-vers-controle-technique-obligatoire-tous-ans-voitures-agees\" class=\"c-link c-link--is-underlined\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">de passer \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le annuel obligatoire<\/a> afin de renforcer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re et la lutte contre la pollution automobile. Une proposition balay\u00e9e d\u2019un revers de main par les ministres europ\u00e9ens des Transports qui ont d\u00e9fendu le statu quo, notamment pour ne pas \u00ab\u00a0imposer des frais suppl\u00e9mentaires aux propri\u00e9taires de v\u00e9hicules.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Ils ont en revanche approuv\u00e9 en partie d\u2019autres propositions de l\u2019ex\u00e9cutif europ\u00e9en, comme le d\u00e9ploiement de nouvelles m\u00e9thodes pour contr\u00f4ler les \u00e9missions d\u2019oxyde d\u2019azote <a href=\"https:\/\/www.20minutes.fr\/dossier\/particules_fines\" class=\"c-link c-link--is-underlined\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">et de particules fines<\/a>, et des dispositions contre le trucage des compteurs kilom\u00e9triques.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"La d\u00e9cision n\u2019a pas force de loi et devra n\u00e9cessiter l\u2019accord du Parlement europ\u00e9en.
