En 2025, place des Vosges, l\u2019ancien finaliste de \u00abTop Chef\u00bb lui refait les yeux doux.<\/p>\n<p class=\"fig-paragraph\">Chacun l\u2019aura s\u00fbrement oubli\u00e9. \u00c9tait-ce un coup d\u2019\u00c9tat, un coup d\u2019\u00e9clat\u00a0? Une anecdote, un \u00e9lectrochoc\u00a0? Une r\u00e9volution mijot\u00e9e comme il est des r\u00e9volutions color\u00e9es\u00a0? C\u2019\u00e9tait il y a vingt ans. Pour la premi\u00e8re fois, une envergure envoyait valser ses \u00e9toiles pour d\u00e9sormais cuisiner comme il lui plairait et de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00ab\u200asans chichi\u00a0\u00bb. La plupart des chefs sont partis voir ailleurs\u200a; au bistrot, dans la rue, au festival, chez Instagram, \u00e0 la t\u00e9loche.
