tribunal correctionnel de <a href=\"https:\/\/actu.fr\/provence-alpes-cote-d-azur\/toulon_83137\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Toulon<\/strong><\/a>, le 3 d\u00e9cembre 2025, \u00e0 <strong>10\u00a0000\u20ac d\u2019amende<\/strong> pour \u00ab\u00a0<strong>provocation publique \u00e0 la haine<\/strong> en raison de l\u2019origine, l\u2019ethnie, la race ou la religion\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">Propri\u00e9taire de <strong>panneaux<\/strong> dans le d\u00e9partement du <a href=\"https:\/\/actu.fr\/provence-alpes-cote-d-azur\/var_83\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Var<\/strong><\/a>, il donne libre cours \u00e0 des <strong>messages politiques<\/strong> qui font souvent pol\u00e9mique.<\/p>\n<p>Des affiches provocantes<\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">Coutumier des <strong>affiches provocantes<\/strong> et des convocations au tribunal, il est \u00e9galement \u00ab\u00a0condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 verser des <strong>dommages et int\u00e9r\u00eats<\/strong>, notamment au Crif, le Conseil repr\u00e9sentatif des <strong>institutions juives<\/strong> de France\u00a0\u00bb, selon nos confr\u00e8res de <a
