L\u2019institution du Palais-Royal \u00e0 Paris n\u2019a pas encore annonc\u00e9 son successeur.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9sidents, artistes et ic\u00f4nes au rendez-vous<\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">Arriv\u00e9 en 1991, Guy Martin a \u00ab\u2009fa\u00e7onn\u00e9 une cuisine \u00e9l\u00e9gante et vivante, permettant au restaurant de retrouver sa noblesse et d\u2019obtenir la <strong>distinction supr\u00eame<\/strong> de trois \u00e9toiles au Guide Michelin\u2009\u00bb, salue le m\u00e9dia sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.latribunedelhotellerie.com\/depart-guy-martin-grand-vefour-34-ans\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">La tribune de l\u2019h\u00f4tellerie<\/a> dans lequel on apprend le d\u00e9part du chef.<\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">Et d\u2019ajouter que \u00ab\u2009sous sa direction, Le Grand V\u00e9four est devenu un rendez-vous incontournable [\u2026] Guy Martin y a instaur\u00e9 un rituel immuable\u2009: accueillir personnellement chaque client \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e du restaurant [\u2026] Sa cuisine, son <strong>exigence<\/strong> et son sens du service ont attir\u00e9 pr\u00e9sidents, artistes et ic\u00f4nes internationales\u2009\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p class=\" wall-content\">Pr\u00e9cisant que le d\u00e9part de Guy Martin ne signifiait <strong>pas une retraite<\/strong> mais \u00ab\u2009l\u2019amorce de nouveaux projets, notamment en <strong>Italie<\/strong> o\u00f9 il est d\u00e9j\u00e0 actif\u2009\u00bb.
