Alors que les prix d&rsquo;achat des appartements progressent sensiblement entre novembre et d\u00e9cembre, ceux des maisons connaissent un recul notable.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les prix de l&rsquo;<strong>immobilier d&rsquo;achat<\/strong> \u00e0 Rouen r\u00e9v\u00e8lent des dynamiques oppos\u00e9es selon le type de bien en d\u00e9cembre 2025. Les <strong>appartements<\/strong> enregistrent une progression significative, passant de 2\u00a0452\u00a0euros par m\u00e8tre carr\u00e9 en novembre \u00e0 2\u00a0605\u00a0euros par m\u00e8tre carr\u00e9 en d\u00e9cembre, soit une hausse de 6,2%.<\/p>\n<p>Cette augmentation t\u00e9moigne d&rsquo;une demande soutenue pour ce type de logement dans la capitale normande. \u00c0 l&rsquo;inverse, le <strong>march\u00e9 des maisons<\/strong> conna\u00eet un repli marqu\u00e9 sur la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode.
