{"id":610931,"date":"2025-12-20T03:37:23","date_gmt":"2025-12-20T03:37:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/fr\/610931\/"},"modified":"2025-12-20T03:37:23","modified_gmt":"2025-12-20T03:37:23","slug":"marseille-repense-son-terminal-passagers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/fr\/610931\/","title":{"rendered":"Marseille repense son terminal passagers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le Grand Port maritime de Marseille s\u2019appr\u00eate \u00e0 se doter d\u2019une nouvelle gare maritime d\u00e9di\u00e9e aux liaisons avec la Corse, un projet strat\u00e9gique confi\u00e9 \u00e0 R\u00e9my Marciano Architecture \u00e0 l\u2019issue d\u2019un concours restreint sur esquisse.<\/p>\n<p>Situ\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019articulation entre les Docks, la Halle J1 et la fa\u00e7ade maritime, la future gare accompagnera la restructuration des terminaux corses et participera pleinement au programme Le Phare, vaste plan de modernisation du port marseillais, port\u00e9 par <a href=\"https:\/\/www.laprovence.com\/article\/economie\/545664009624414\/l-architecte-corinne-vezzoni-et-eiffage-pressentis-pour-l-amenagement-du-phare-siege-du-grand-port-de-marseille\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Corinne Vezzoni<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Le montant des travaux s\u2019\u00e9levant \u00e0 4,2\u00a0millions d\u2019euros (hors taxes) pour une surface de 835\u00a0m\u00b2, la gare sera livr\u00e9e au second semestre\u00a02028. \u00ab\u00a0La d\u00e9construction de l\u2019actuelle gare ouvre une opportunit\u00e9 rare\u00a0: concevoir un \u00e9quipement portuaire \u00e0 la fois performant, \u00e9volutif et durable, capable de r\u00e9pondre aux exigences actuelles tout en anticipant les besoins futurs des compagnies maritimes\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0, pr\u00e9cise R\u00e9my Marciano.<\/p>\n<p>Un projet \u00ab\u00a0tr\u00e8s unitaire, lisible et affirm\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Le projet a vocation \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0s\u2019inscrire dans le temps et \u00e0 participer \u00e0 poursuivre ce travail de fa\u00e7ade maritime, de lien entre la ville et le port\u00a0\u00bb, poursuit-il. L\u2019architecte a rappel\u00e9 que \u00ab\u00a0la barri\u00e8re du port a longtemps \u00e9t\u00e9 per\u00e7ue comme un obstacle pour la ville, mais que des initiatives comme <a href=\"https:\/\/www.laprovence.com\/article\/societe\/377546294460214\/et-si-on-imaginait-la-ville-de-demain-selon-larchitecte-rudy-ricciotti-il-faut-conserver-le-bati-comme-un-patrimoine-a-marseille\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">le Mucem<\/a> ou les Terrasses du Port ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 le succ\u00e8s de l\u2019ouverture du port aux Marseillais\u00a0\u00bb. La nouvelle gare s\u2019inscrit \u00ab\u00a0dans cette dynamique, en cr\u00e9ant notamment un parvis en continuit\u00e9 avec la place Verneuil, au nord des docks\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Implant\u00e9e dans un environnement marqu\u00e9 par des infrastructures imposantes &#8211;\u00a0Docks, silos, halles portuaires, axes routiers\u00a0-, la gare devait, selon l\u2019\u00e9quipe de ma\u00eetrise d\u2019\u0153uvre, \u00eatre un b\u00e2timent capable de \u00ab\u00a0tenir l\u2019\u00e9chelle de ces mastodontes qui sont \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb. Le cabinet Marciano a ainsi fait le choix d\u2019un projet \u00ab\u00a0tr\u00e8s unitaire, lisible et affirm\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><img alt=\"La gare maritime pourra \u00e0 terme accueillir rythm\u00e9e par de grands \u00e9l\u00e9ments verticaux en pierre massive formant un portique monumental. \u00ab\u00a0Cette fa\u00e7ade poreuse, inspir\u00e9e du rythme urbain existant, offrira des transparences vers la gare et le port, tout en structurant l\u2019espace public et en prolongeant la promenade urbaine\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>C\u00f4t\u00e9 port, le projet change d\u2019\u00e9chelle. La structure devient plus horizontale, plus souple, majoritairement en bois. Elle \u00e9voque l\u2019horizon maritime, l\u2019attente du d\u00e9part et le rapport direct \u00e0 la mer, tout en assurant une protection solaire efficace \u00e0 l\u2019Ouest, essentielle pour le confort des voyageurs.<\/p>\n<p>Le parcours voyageur, \u00ab\u00a0enti\u00e8rement lin\u00e9aire et intuitif, s\u2019organise autour d\u2019une grande rue int\u00e9rieure en double hauteur, capable d\u2019absorber les pics de fr\u00e9quentation sans rupture de flux. Guichets visibles depuis l\u2019espace public, espaces de contr\u00f4le dimensionn\u00e9s avec pr\u00e9cision, salle d\u2019attente ouverte sur le port\u00a0: l\u2019ensemble vise \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les temps de passage, am\u00e9liorer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et optimiser les conditions de travail des personnels\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Mobilit\u00e9 et accessibilit\u00e9 au c\u0153ur du projet<\/p>\n<p>La question de la mobilit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 une r\u00e9flexion structurante d\u00e8s l\u2019amont du projet. La future gare sera facilement accessible \u00e0 pied, en tramway ou en m\u00e9tro, permettant aux passagers d\u2019arriver directement depuis les transports en commun et d\u2019embarquer \u00ab\u00a0sans rupture de parcours\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Con\u00e7u pour durer, le b\u00e2timent repose sur une structure capable d\u2019\u00e9voluer avec le march\u00e9. Sa trame r\u00e9p\u00e9titive permet d\u2019envisager des extensions futures, pouvant accueillir jusqu\u2019\u00e0 trois compagnies maritimes, sans remettre en cause l\u2019organisation initiale.
